The ideology of 'Three Represents'is not only of great guiding signific ance to the construction of the Party but also a correct principle by which we carry o ut the strategy of running the countr y according to law,and strengthen th e construction of socialist legal system under the leadership of the Party.Therefore,the construction of our legal system mus t represent the development trend of advanced productive forces,the orientation of advanced cultur e,and the fundamental interests of t he overwhelming majority of the people in China.
