The development and utilization of periodical information resources is an important mark to measure the contributions to teaching,studying and social economy construction in periodical working of universities and the effectiveness of services.So the determination of the core periodical is a key to obtain high information sources and to meet the demand of the readers to periodical; improving the fundemental working of periodical is a prerequisite of developing the periodical information sources;the deveopment of periodical information sources and deepening of service levels are benifical to the economy construction.
