摘要
中国成为WTO的成员，使长春市的汽车工业发展进入历史性转折的关键时期。因此，各级政府应在WTO规则下，对汽在工业给予全面支持，尤其要为汽车工业的资本运作创造宽松的金融环境，努力为长春市汽车工业的发展捉供充足的资金保障。
Abstract: China's becoming a member of WTO pushes development of Changchun's automobile industry into a critical period of historical transition. Therefore, governments at all levels should, under WTO regulations, give full support to automobile industry, especially create an easy financial surrounding for the capital operation of automobile industry and try to provide sufficient capital guarantee for tin: development of Changchun's automobile industry.
