摘要
在校本课程开发过程中 ,教师面临课程意识缺失、开发能力不强、工作困难多等挑战。迎接这些挑战 ,可以带来教师观念的转变、能力的增强 ,自然有必要提高其经济和社会地位。
In process of school-based curriculum development,teachers are facing challenges like:lack of curriculum consciousness,weak in development ability,difficulties in work.Settling these challenges can help the conversion of teachers' concepts and enhancement of their ability.So it is necessary to improve their social and economic status.The result is just what teachers may or should have.
