微弱光信号检测方法的初步研究

摘要 本文介绍了微弱信号检测方法在微光检测方面的应用,详细讨论了三个方面的问题:(1)由于光电倍增管的动态特性不同,可将其分为两种类型,即多光电子情况和单光电子情况,而且决定了检测系统的不同方式;(2)为了提高检测灵敏度和信噪比,介绍了8种检测方式结构图,并对每种检测方式的工作原理和信噪比做了详细说明;(3)从理论上分析了检测方式的动态特性,推出主要检测方式的表达式,并进一步讨论了各种检测方式的适用范围。 In this paper the author presents the information of application of faint (scarcely perceptible ) signal detecting method on weakly illuminated background, with a more detailed discussion of the. following aspects. 1. The multiplier phototube, known as one of the best devices for photoelectric conversion, can be used within two environments due to its different dynamic characteristics. Therefore the multi-photoelectron event and the single-photoelectron event, lead to the various means of detecting system. 2. The author attempts to introduce and specify the operating principles and S/N reject ratio specifications of each of the eight different ways of detection by giving correspondingly the main block diagrams to increase sensitivity and S/N reject ratio.3.Theoretically,for each detecting system mentioned, the author tries to analyse its dynamic characteristics, deduce and establish mathematical expressions, and finally discusses, in greater detail, the potential external to which each system accommodates.
