Policy Democracy──New Visual Angle in Democratic Politics in China

选举民主和政策民主是现代国家民主政治的两种形式。西方资本主义国家一般采取选举民主形式 ,以实现资产阶级的民主从而维护资产阶级的统治 ;中国是社会主义国家 ,决定了我们不能实行西方资产阶级性质的民主 ;中国的特殊国情决定了现阶段由于条件的限制 ,我们也不能实行选举民主 ,而只能实行政策民主 ,这是中国民主政治的必经之路。

Election democracy and policy democrocy are two types of democratic politics in modern countries. The western capitalist countries usually adopts the former to realize the capitalist democracy and maintain the capitalist rule. China is a socialist country,Which determines that we can not adopt the western capitalist democracy. Because of the special situation of our country and the limitation of conditions in current period,we and not have election democracy.Policy democracy is the only way to go.
