摘要
在新形势下 ,人才资源的科学管理要突破传统的思维模式 ,要注意引入激励和竞争机制 ,允许教师合理流动。要充分认识到 ,人才资源社会化是改革和发展的需要 ,是时代的必然要求。对此 ,文章对高校教师流动的原因、条件以及应采取的相应措施进行了探讨。
Referring to how to build up a teachers team in universities with great stuff, this paper points out that the scientific management for the talent resources should be released from the traditional mentality mode,pay more attention to introducion promotion and competition systems and,allowit free transfer of teachers. It should be accepted that the socialization of the talent resources is both the requirement for the reform and development of our society and the demands of the time. According to this, the paper discusses the causes,the conditions and the corresponding measures of the reasonable transfer of the teacher resources in universities.
