摘要
英美法自传入中国以来，对近代中国的政治、经济乃至社会文化产生了不可忽视的影响。在法学教学领域，它不仅改变了中国传统法学教学的内容，而且也促进了中国法学教学方法的进一步改进。我们应该在批判借鉴的基础上，吸收英美法中的精华部分，进一步完善我国的法学教学。
Abstract: After its imparting to China, Common Law has played an important role on modern Chinese politics, economy and social culture. In the domain of legal education, it not only changed the content of traditional Chinese legal education, but also improved the teaching methods. Based on a critical way, we should absorb the essence of Common Law to perfect the legal education of China.
