Analysis on the Combination of the Securities Company's Operations

证券公司业务一体化是证券公司在规模与业务的膨胀过程中，为保持并提高其内部效率与整体竞争力而进行的业务整合和部门重构。业务一体化主要通过业务客体一体化与业务主体一体化两条途径来实现。但在证券公司业务一体化过程中不可避免地会产生利益冲突、内幕交易等问题，这应引起我们的足够重视。

Abstract: During the expansion of the securities companies' scale and operations,to keep or enhance the interior efficiency and the whole competition ability, the securities companies have to renew the operations and departments. Tlie combining of operations could be realized in two ways; Combination of operations' object and combination of operations' department. Meanwhile,it will bring about some inevitable problems, such as conflict of the interest, inside trading etc., to which we should pay enough attention.
