河南省农村职业教育现状与发展策略

The present situation and development strategy of rural vocational education in Henan

经过20多年的发展,河南省农村职业教育网络基本形成,建立了一支专兼结合的职教师资队伍,职业教育招生和培训规模逐年扩大,职业学校的市场办学意识逐步增强,培养了大批中、初级实用技术人才和高素质劳动者,推进了农村职业教育的发展.但是,由于过大的城乡差距和农业"弱质"属性及对职业教育的重视不够,也存在着职业教育经费投入不足,农村职业学校毕业生出路不畅等影响农村职业教育发展的因素,今后需提高认识,加强领导,科学规划,加大投入,以促使农村职教不断发展.

After more than 20 years of development, the network of rural vocational education in Henan province takes shape basically, and set up specialized and unspecialized teachers team of vocational education. The enrollment scale of various vocational education enlarged every year. The vocational schools' market consciousness is strengthened progressively, large quantities of talents were trained. But the rural vocational education still troubled by the problems such as insufficient investment, employment difficulties and so on. We should adopt measures to develop rural vocational education in Henan.
