当前,我国职教师资队伍还存在一系列问题.加强职教师资队伍建设,应大力发展职业技术师范教育,强化职教师资培训基地的建设,完善职教师资培训机制,加强职业学校教师的在职进修提高,统筹调配、使用师资,充分发挥专业课教师的作用,合理解决职业学校教师的各种问题,鼓励企业参与职教师资培训.

Whether Vocational education can sufficiently bring into an important play depends on the teaching staff possessed good makings. This article analyze the problems existed in the teaching staff of vocational education and bring forward the countermeasures against them by making suggestions that we should develop the normal schools for vocational education, strengthen the construction of training base for teachers of vocational schools, perfect the teachers training systems of vocational education, reinforce the advanced studies in active service, plan as a whole to employ teachers in order to sufficiently bring into play of teachers of specialties, settle the problems such as all kinds of treatments, encourage enterprise to participate in training teachers for vocational education, explore new methods of training teachers of vocational education.
