陕北能源化工基地由四个工业区组成,拟建八个生态工业园组成循环经济示范区,阐述了其建立循环经济示范区的必要性,详细地分析了它的循环经济链和循环经济系统,初步建立了循环经济系统分析模型,最后得出了陕北能源化工基地循环经济系统的建设必须与资源的清洁生产。

The energy industry base in the north of Shaanxi province consists of four industrial areas,which will build a cyclic economy demonstration with eight ecological industry fields.This paper expounds the essentiality of building a cyclic economy demonstration and systematically analyses its cyclic economy chains and systems,if also makes a system model and draws a conclusion in the end that building a cyclic economy systems in this area must be combined with clean resource products, full uses,the environment protection and economy sustained development.
