On Investment in Human Resources of Higher Vocational Colleges

近几年,高等职业技术教育发展迅速,学生人数增加很多,但师资队伍不仅在数量上不足,在学历、职称结构上也不尽合理。高职院校应加强对人力资源的投资,包括投资方式、投资效益评价等,这对高职院校的办学与健康发展都具有重要意义。

In recent years, national higher vocational colleges have developed rapidly, and students’ number increases greatly. However, teachers' team is not only insufficient on quantity but more unreasonable on academic professional title structure. Therefore higher vocational universities and colleges should strengthen investment in human resources. How to strengthen human resources investment and investment way and investment benefit appraises etc. are put forward in the paper.
