摘要
为在社会资源损失最小的情况下确保深圳市错峰用电计划有效落实,设计并实现了深圳地区错峰用电管理系统。在阐述该系统体系结构和功能的基础上,介绍了该系统数据的流向和特点。该系统功能主要由预报模块、错峰管理模块、信息管理模块、统计模块、维护模块来实现;数据流按处理服务器的不同分为发布信息类和错峰统计信息类。
Peak load shifting management system in shenzhen is designed and accomplished in order to assure the implementation of Shenzhen peak load shifting plan at the cost of least lost for scocial resources. The architecture and function of this system are introduced. Meanwhile, the data flow and feature of this system is presented. The function is forecast module, staggering peak management module, information module, counting module and maintenance module. The data flow is classified according to different process server as information type and staggering peak counting type.
