电力需求侧管理是提高电能使用效率、缓解电力供应紧张形势的重要举措,是实践科学发展观的重要体现,对保障国民经济全面、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。电网经营企业是实施电力需求侧管理工作的主体,要通过与政府部门、电力客户和电气设备制造商的有效沟通,不断提高需求侧管理的工作水平。
DSM is an important measure to improve power energy efficiency and relieve power shortage. And it has valuable meaning to assure national sustainable economy development wholly. The power operation enterprise is a major entity of implementing DSM. We should improve DSM level through effective communication with government, power users and appliance makers.
