摘要
在外语教学实践中 ,翻译一直扮演着一个重要的角色 ,而在理论界 ,它却经历了一个从兴盛到衰败再到复苏的过程。近年来 ,随着交际教学法的局限性逐步被认识 ,西方外语教学界 ,尤其是后交际法的倡导者对翻译的作用重新给予了肯定。本文试从历史以及现实的角度对翻译与外语教学的关系进行重新认识 ,并结合中国学生的学习特点分析了外语教学现状 ,预示了“教学翻译”
Translation,as a teaching strategy,has been playing an important part in the practice of foreign language teaching although it has,in the theoretical circles,weathered stages from thriving to dismissal and back to revival.This article tries to re study the relationship between translation and foreign language teaching from historic and realistic angles.Then it defines the concept of 'pedagogic translation'which is different from the traditional Grammar translation Method and translation teaching in common sense.Finally,this paper predicts the application prospect by analyzing the learning culture of Chinese students.
