西部大开发是加快国民经济发展的重大战略举措。本文论述了西部大开发中坚持经济建设与国防建设协调发展的原因 ,分析了西部大开发给国防建设带来的历史机遇 。
The grand development of western regions is a great strategy plan for expediting the development of national economy.
