摘要
依据现代科学管理中的目标管理理论和方法,研究甘肃电大系统目标管理的目标确定、实施过程、结果评价等现实问题,总结以往目标实施的经验教训,进一步协调省校总目标和分校分目标的关系,组织目标和个人行为的关系,将传统管理中的重工作和行为管理中的重人性结合起来,以便将目标确定和结果评价结合起来,将奖励机制和约束机制结合起来,实现甘肃电大系统目标管理的良性循环和持续发展。
The paper states that laying stress on work in the traditional management should be combined with laying stress on human nature in behavior management according to the theory and method of management by objectives in modern scientific management, that objectives determination should be combined with result evaluation and the awards mechanism should be combined with binding mechanism. This will realize good cycle and sustained development of management by objectives in Gansu TV University system.
