摘要
疾病经济负担研究是确定卫生工作重点与优先的重要依据,有利于优化卫生资源配置。可是所依据的指标不同,其经济负担评价结果迥然不同。文章在参阅多方文献的基础上,探讨相关概念和指标的含义及应用,试图规范一系列实际有效的评价方法与指标。
the study of economic burden of disease provides the important evidence for setting priorities and emphases in health research , and is in favor of optimizing the allocation of health resources. However, the results were various for adopting the different indicators. Based on having reviewed many literatures , and the author discusses the definitions and applications combining with correlating indicators ,then tries to revise and put forward a series of practical and effective methods and indicators.
