摘要
目的探讨100种常用中草药50%乙醇提取液的紫外线吸收性能--即其防晒性能。方法采用紫外分光光度法,在200~400nm对样品液进行扫描,并与已报道有防晒作用的黄芩与槐米作对照。结果紫外线吸收率在80%~90%范围内的UV-C区有31种,UV-B区有10种,UV-A区有1种;紫外线吸收率在90%以上的UV-C区有23种,UV-B区有11种。其中黄连具有广谱防晒作用。结论本法作为初筛防晒剂的方法简便直观,能一次性测定多个样品。
Objective To determine the ultraviolet absorption (sun-screening effect) for 50% alcohol extracts of 100 Chinese herbal medicine most in use.Methods Scan the samples from 200nm to 400nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and contrast them with scutellaria root and sophora flower-bud.Results There are 31 samples in UV-C,10 samples in UV-B and 1 samples in UV-A whose ultraviolet absorption is in the range of 80%~90%.And there are 23 samples in UV-C,11 samples in UV-B whose ultraviolet absorption is more than 90%.Coptis root is a broad-spectrum sun-screening agent.Conclusion The method is the primary screening test of sun-screening agents.It is simple,directly and it can determine a lot of samples at the same time.
