几种中国野生百合的过氧化物酶同工酶 被引量:8

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳系统,对百合属20种野生百合进行过氧化物同工酶的研究结果表明:以百合组培苗为试材,根系比叶片更适合作POD分析; 20个种源产生15条迁移率不同的酶带, 6条为基本酶带,但没有一条为所有种源共有,说明属内种间遗传差异较大;POD酶谱聚类分析将20种野生百合划分为7类4个亚类。 Peroxidases for 20 species of wild lilies were studied by using polycrylamide ge l electrophoresis. The results showed that POD analysis were more suitable for t he roots of lily plantlets in vitro than the leaves. 15 POD bands with different R f values generated in 20 lily provenances and 6 bands showed to be repre sentative bands, but none was common for all the 20 species, indicating the nota ble genetic difference among lilies. 20 species of wild lilies were classified a s 7 clusters and 4 sub-clusters through mathematical cluster analysis.
