模糊自适应PID控制在木材干燥窑中的应用

The Application of the Fuzzy Self-adapting PID Control to Wood Dry Kiln

针对木材干燥过程难于建立数学模型的特点,提出了利用模糊自适应PID对木材干燥窑的温度湿度进行控制的方法设计控制器。研究结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制可提高木材干燥控制系统性能,其控制效果明显优于常规PID控制。

The method for controller design was put forward by using fuzzy self-adapting PI D to control the temperature and humidity of wood dry kiln aiming at the difficu lty in establishing mathematical models during wood drying. The result showed th at fuzzy self-adapting PID control could improve the performance of wood dry con trol system, and its control effect was obviously superior to that of routine PI D control.
