摘要
在前期异氰酸酯胶稻壳板生产工艺试验的基础上,利用复合胶粘剂制造稻壳板试验。该试验是采用异氰酸酯胶与脲醛胶以不同比例分别施加的方法进行试验,并与异氰酸酯胶稻壳板进行比较。在不降低稻壳板物理力学性能的前提下,复合胶粘剂能够降低异氰酸酯胶的用量,并降低稻壳板的制板成本。
The effect of combined adhesive on board properties was studied based on th e previous manufacturing technological experiments on isocyanate- bonded particl eboard with rice shell. Some boards were munufactured with isocyanate resin comb ined with urea formaldehyde (UF) resin in different proportions, however the two kinds of resins were introduced into rice shell separately. By comparing with t he boards bonded by isocyanate resin only, the boards bonded by combined resin w ere able to reduce the consumption of isocyanate resin without any loss of mecha nical properties, by which the board cost was decreased.
