20%氟·唑磷乳油复配制剂分析方法的研究

Determination of Fipronil and Triazophos in Their Mixture by HPLC

介绍了杀虫剂三唑磷和氟虫腈复配乳油制剂的液相色谱分析方法。选用Hypersil ODS250mm×4.0mm5 μm 不锈钢色谱柱、配置紫外检测器(VWD) 及自动进样器的HP 1100高效液相色谱仪,进行液相色谱分离和测定。该方法操作简便、快速、准确。结果表明三唑磷和锐劲特的标准偏差分别为0.106 6 和0.012 6,变异系数分别为0.565 8%和1 .228%,平均回收率分别为99.00%和99.80%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 9 和0.999 7。

This paper introduced a method for separation and determination of fipronil and triazophos in their mixture by HPLC with HYPERSIL ODS 250 mm×4.0 mm 5 μm column and UV detector at 215 mm wavelength. The established method was convenient, rapid and accurate. The result showed that the satandard deviations for fipronil and triazophos were 0.106 6 and 0.016 5, the variation coefficient were 0.565 8% and 1.228%, the average recoveries were 99.0% and 99.8%, liner correlation were 0.999 9 and 0.999 7, respectively.
