The development of system science provides the base of the natural science for understanding the profound world and redefining the relationships between human and nature. The idea of sustainable development deeply reveals the evolving mechanism of tremendous socio-ecosystem,which is the current characteristic of systematic thinking.Accordingly, the equity value of law should be the reunion of intragenerational equity and intergenerational equity.
