On the Relationship between Qiu Zhao-ao and Zhe Dong School

《杜诗详注》的作者仇兆鳌,是浙东学派的另类重要成员,他虽然没有在重经重史的方向上走出自己的路,表面上看来亦游离于浙东学术之外,而实际上的思想根底和学术归依依然是浙东学派。他以浙东学术为依托。

Qiu Zhao-ao, the author of The detailed notes of Du Fu 's poem, is a different important member of Zhe Dong school. Although he didn't make out his own way in emphasizing the classic and history, wandering away from Zhe Dong academy exteriorly, yet actually his basic thought and academic background derived from Zhe Dong school. He relied on Zhe Dong acdamic theory, and made great contributions on the study of distinction collection on Zhe Dong academy.
