摘要
目的研究双黄连滴丸的制备工艺。方法以滴制温度、冷却剂温度为主要因素,设计正交试验制备双黄连滴丸,测定溶散时限等各项指标。结果最佳条件以滴制温度90℃,冷却剂温度5℃为宜。结论工艺简便可行,评分指标可靠、合理。
