经过50多年中国特色社会主义政治文明建设的实践,中国共产党逐渐搞清楚"什么是社会主义政治文明、怎样建设社会主义政治文明"的问题。总结和概括建国以来党领导政治文明建设的历史经验与教训,将更加有助于我们认识和把握社会主义政治文明建设的基本规律,对推动中国特色社会主义政治文明建设事业具有重要的现实意义。

Through constructional practice of incorporating the democratic theory of Marxism with Chinese concrete politics for more than fifty years,the CPC has known what is socialist political civilization and how to construct the socialist political civilization. To summary up these basic experiences are in order to construct Chinese socialism well.
