福建省跆拳道裁判队伍的现状分析与对策

A Study on the Status Quo and Developing Strategies of Taekwondo's Judges in Fujian

运用文献资料、调查访问和数据统计法 ,对福建省跆拳道裁判队伍的现状进行分析 ,得出我省跆拳道裁判队伍存在高职称、高学历少 ,管理不系统 ,裁判员技术、思想作风有待于提高等问题 。

Based on documents study, survey and statistics, this paper analyses the status quo of Taekwondo' s judges in Fujian. It shows that there exist some problems among the judges of taekwondo. These problems include people with high professional titles and high diplomas are far from enough, the management is not fully completed and systematized. Skills and morality of the judges still need to be improved and strengthened, etc. At last the paper provides some corresponding strategies and some references to them.
