摘要
针对以S7-200PLC为控制器的系列移动式工程机械,研制了一种故障树型远程故障诊断专家系统。本文介绍了该系统所采用的软硬件结构、故障树框架型知识表示方法以及单故障源型诊断推理逻辑,分析了在诊断服务器和PLC之间远程传送数据的通讯协议。并以运行实例证明了该系统的有效性。
In view of mobile construction machinery with S7-200 PLC, a long-distance fault tree diagnosis expert system was developed. The software and hardware structure applied in this system, the frame type knowledge presentation of the fault tree and single fault source diagnostic reasoning were introduced in this paper, the communication protocol for long-distance data transmission between diagnosis server and PLC was analyzed, and the effectiveness of this system was proved by a practical example.
