动态观察C反应蛋白在机械通气患者中的意义

DYNAMIC OBSERVATION OF THE LEVEL OF C-RESPONSE PROTEINS IN BLOOD OF VENTILATOR PATIENTS USING

目的 探讨机械通气患者血液中C反应蛋白 (CRP)的动态变化及其临床意义。方法 4 0例机械通气患者在行机械通气治疗初、机械通气治疗后 3d及感染控制后采血 ,测定CRP、白细胞计数 ,中性粒细胞百分比 ,血沉 ,同时观察患者体温。结果 机械通气患者在行机械通气治疗感染期CRP浓度显著高于感染控制后 (P <0 .0 1) ,且CRP的阳性率明显高于白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、血沉、体温。结论 动态检测机械通气患者血液中CRP水平有助于判断机械通气患者的病情轻重和估计预后 ,并可作为判断疗效的指标之一。

Objective To explore the changes of c-respo ns e proteins (CRP) in the blood of patients treated with ventilator and their clin ical values.Methods 40 cases of patients treated with ventilators received the dections of the level of CRP,the number of white blood cells,the p ercentage of neutrophilic granulocytes,blood sedimentation and body temperatures at the beginning of ventilation on the 3rd day and after the infection control. Results The level of CRP was found much higher in the infection s tage than after the control of the infection (P<0.01) .The posit inve rates of CRP was much higher than the number of white blood cells,the percentage of neut rophilic granulocytes the degree of blood sedimentation and temperature before c ontrolling infection.Conclusion Dynamic detection of the CRP leve ls in patients with ventilation treatment can help to decide on the health condi tions,to predict the prognosis and to function as an important index of curative effects.
