螺旋CT工作站后处理在结肠病变诊断中的应用价值

IMAGE MANAGEMENT OF SPIRAL CT SCANNING IN DIAGNOSING COLONOPATHY

目的 评价螺旋CT工作站后处理各种成像方式在结肠病变诊断中的应用价值。方法 螺旋CT扫描后 ,采用表面覆盖成像法 (SSD)、透明重建技术 (Raysum)、仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)、多平面重建技术 (MPR)等工作站后处理方法 ,对 5 7例结肠病变患者的诊断进行分析。结果 SSD、Raysum能较好显示结肠病变范围及肠腔狭窄程度 ,CTVE利于肠腔内结构的显示 ,MPR及断面图像可以较好显示肠壁改变以及肠道与周围组织结构的关系。 结论 SSD、Raysum、CTVE、MPR及断面图像在结肠病变的诊断与鉴别诊断中 ,各有侧重 ,三维图像可以直观的显示病变范围、形态 ,在病变定性及肿瘤分期MPR及断面图像有很好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of managing t he image-formation modes after spiral CT scanning.Methods The diag noses of 57 cases of colonopathy were analyzed by means of SSD,Raysum,CTVE and M PR after spiral CT scanning.Results SSD and Raysum could clearly show the ranges of pathologic changes and harrowness of intestinal cavity.CTVE c ould help to reveal the internal structures of intestinal cavity,and MPR images and other sectional images could help reveal the changes in intestinal walls and the relationship between intestinal tract and its peripheral tissue structures. Conclusion SSD,Raysum,CTVE MPRand other sectional images play dif ferent role in diagnoses,The three-dimensional images can help to detect the ra nge and forms of pathologic changes.MPR and sectional imaging can be used effect ively to detect and classify tumor.
