摘要
某石化厂的3台220t/h的燃油锅炉自投运以来,一直存在出力不足的问题。根据热力计算结果及运行情况,找出了锅炉出力不足的原因,提出了改造措施,并针对改造后的运行结果进行了分析。
<Abstrcat> The problem of insufficient steam output existed in the three oil-fired boilers of certain petrochemical plant after the boilers were put into operation.The causes of the insufficient steam output of the boilers were found out according to the thermal calculation results and operational condition,and remedial measures were forwarded.Moreover,the operational results after retrofit are analyzed.
