纤支镜注药治疗初治失败的空洞型肺结核36例报告

A 36-case report on the effect of drug injection by fibrobranc hoscopy on cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis patients after initial treatment failure

目的 探讨经纤维支气管镜局部注药配合全身化疗治疗初治失败的空洞型肺结核的疗效。方法 经纤支镜局部病灶注入异烟肼、丁胺卡那霉素、左旋氧氟沙星,配合全身化疗治疗初治失败的空洞型肺结核36例(治疗组) ,与单纯全身化疗34例(对照组)作比较。结果 治疗组2个月及6个月时的痰菌转阴率和空洞改善率均较对照组有显著性差异。结论 经纤维支气管镜局部注药配合全身化疗治疗初治失败的空洞型肺结核的疗效优于单纯全身化疗,无明显副作用及并发症。

Objective To explore the clinical e ff ects of using fibrobranchoscopy of drug injection in treating cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis patients after initial treatement failure. Methods Therer were 36 patients in the treatment group and 34 patients in the contr ol group. For the treatment group, the patients had regular treatment on their lung disease. In addition, they also had drug locally injected through fibrobra nchoscopy. For the controls, they had the regular treatment only. Resu lts The comparisons between the two groups indicated that the treatmen t group showed significant better results than the control group in terms of spu tum negative rate and the improvement of infected cavity. Conclusion. The drug injection through fibrobranchoscopy in addition to the regular treatment is bet ter than the regular treatment only. The former has also no apparent side effec ts and complications.
