摘要 目的 探讨仰卧位最大呼气流量-容积(F- V)曲线对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)诊断的可行性。方法 利用德国产JAEGER肺功能仪对37位已确诊的OSAS患者分别进行立位和仰卧位F- V曲线测定,并对比二者的阳性率。结果 立位F- V曲线阳性率67.5 %。而卧位F- V曲线阳性率91 .9% ,两者比较有非常显著性差异。结论 仰卧位测定F -V曲线可作为一种对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的初筛的诊断方法。 Objective To explore the feasibility of maximal, expiratory flow-volume in the diagnosis of sleep-apnea syndrome. Methods Using JAEGER lung function instrument made in Germany, we measured the maximal-expiratory flow-volume for 37 confirmed patients with OSAS in upright and bake position, and compared their positive rates. Results The positive rate was 67.5% in the upright, and was 91.9% on back position. There was highly significant difference between them. Conclusion We can consider the maximal expiratory flow-volume on back position as a preliminary method in the diagnosis of OSAS.
