目的 探讨肺栓塞的心电图表现及治疗转归情况。方法 回顾性研究分析心电图的动态观察。结果 肺栓塞心电图表现各异,但窦性心动过速发生率最高,其次是右束支传导阻滞。结论 心电图可以作为观察肺栓塞病情变化的指标之一。
