燃气驱动冷热水机组变转速运行实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 研制了一种燃气热泵冷热水机组,介绍其实验系统流程及主要装置设备,建立了系统的性能系数和一次能源利用率的数学模型,探讨了燃气热泵变负荷运行特性,重点分析了发动机转速对系统余热回收量、燃气的消耗量、制冷剂流量等的影响.实验结果表明:在20%~100%负荷范围内,实验系统具有良好的变工况运行特性;在系统制热模式、循环水量不变和进口水温恒定等条件下,随着发动机的转速增大,制冷剂流量、燃气消耗量、系统回收热量和系统制热能力增大,而系统的性能系数和一次能源利用率却减小.发动机转速在2000~2500r/min时,系统的部分负荷性能最佳. A kind of cold-hot water gas heat pump unit was designed, and the experimental system procedure and main equipments are introduced. Mathematic models on the coefficient of performance and primary energy ratio for this system are established, and the part load feature of gas engine-driven heat pump (GHP) is discussed. The influence of engine speed upon recovery energy, consumption of gas and refrigerant flow is analyzed in particular. Results show that GHP has good part load feature at the load range of 20% to 100% ; furthermore, in the case of heating mode, stable cycled water and unchanged temperature of inlet water, the gas consumption, refrigerant flow, recovery heat and energy heating increase with the increase of engine speed, but the coefficient of performance and primary energy ratio decrease with the increase of engine speed. The system performance is at its best in 2000 to 2500 r/min of engine speed.
