Preparation Advance of Thin Film Electrodes of Lithium Ion Batteries

摘要 在锂离子电池向微型化发展的今天,锂离子薄膜电极将成为电池的研究热点。薄膜电极具有设计简单、内部电阻小、充放电性能良好等传统电极无可比拟的优点。薄膜电极的性质与其制备过程密切相关,文章综述了薄膜电极的制备方法,认为水热法在薄膜电极的制备过程中占有很大的优势,有望在锂离子薄膜电极的制备中发挥重要作用。 Lithium ion baterries are developing to micromation, which will make the thin-film electrodes becoming the focus of research on Lithium ion batteries. Comparing with the traditional electrodes, thin-film electrodes have some excellent character such as simple design, low inherent resistance and good charge-discharge performance. The quality of thin-film electrodes depend on the technique of preparation thin-film electrode. In the article, author summarized the existing method of preparation thin-film electrode and drew a conclusion that the soft solution processing may be the promising method in the future.
