摘要
我国目前有关行政调查的研究相对滞后,对行政调查的概念认识不清是极其重要的一个原因。一方面与世界法治较完善国家的概念不符,另一方面自身相关法律规定与学术研究上尚未明确。在我国,应将行政调查区别于其他相关概念而做全新阐释。
It is an extremely important reason that the concept of administrative investigation hasn't been realized clearly.Our concept is not accord with the concept of the developed countryies ruled of law of the world;on the other hand,our relevant legal provisions and academic researches are not clear.We should give a new concept explaination of administrative investigation.
