This paper illustrates that Yu Dafu, as an important representative of romantic movement, holds the flag of “ people first” highly, affirms aesthetic, desire and life impulses and refuses enlightment rationality, pursues and comes back to nature in order to show resistance of modern industrial civilization.The paper also shows the aesthetic modernity meaning and present multidimension meanings.
