摘要
随着社会变化和竞争的日益加剧,科学技术研究人员感到来自各方面的压力越来越大,如何认识和解决这一问题,具有重要的理论探讨和应用价值。本文根据科技创造心理学和压力管理理论,运用逻辑推理分析方法对科学研究人员的压力进行理论分析,并提出了若干管理对策。
With the change of society and rising competition, scientific and technical personnel have felt more and more stressful from all aspects. So how to recognize and deal with this problem is of great significance in theory research and applied value. According to the theory of scientific and technical creativity psychology and stress management, this paper makes a theoretical analysis via analytical method of logical deduction, and puts forward some management countermeasures.
