白细胞表面粘附分子CD11b CD54在小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎中表达的意义

摘要 目的  探讨呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎 (RSVP)患儿外周血白细胞表面粘附分子CD11b、CD5 4在发病中的作用及其与病情的关系。方法 RSVP患儿 30例分为两组 :重型组 10例 ,轻型组 2 0例 ,均采用全血直接免疫荧光流式细胞术检测外周血白细胞表面粘附分子 (AMS)CD11b、CD5 4的表达 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 (1) 2观察组分别与对照组比较 :淋巴细胞 (L)、单核细胞(M )、多形核细胞 (PMN)表面CD11b、CD5 4的阳性细胞百分率 (PPC)和 /或平均荧光强度 (MFI)普遍上调 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中以M的AMS最为显著 ;(2 )重型组与轻型组比较 :L、M表面CD11b的PPC和 /或MFI表达上调 ,3类白细胞表面CD5 4的PPC和MFI表达均显著上调 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 (1)AMS在RSVP的发病中发挥了重要作用 ;(2 ) 3类白细胞表面CD5 4表达均同时上调的水平有可能为判断肺炎病情的免疫学依据。 Objective To explore the expression of AMS i nc luding CD11b、CD54 on peripheral blood leukocyte surface (PBLS) in children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia(RSVP).Methods The whole bl ood immunofluorescence flow cytometry method was used to detect the expressions of CD11b、CD54 on the surface of lymphocytes(L)、monocytes(M) and polymorphnucle ar leukocytes(PMN) in 30 children with RSVP (10 severe and 20 mild).Res ults (1) PPC and /or MFI of CD11b、CD54 on PBLS in children with RSVP were universally higher than those in control group, and adhensive molecules (AMS) o n M were the most outstanding (P< 0.05) .(2) There were higher PPC and / or M FI of CD11b、 CD54on L、M in severe RSVP group were higher than those in mild RS VP group , PPC and MFI of CD54 on three kinds of leukocytes were significantly i ncreased (P<0.05).Conclusion (1) CD11b、CD54 on PBLS might play an important role in the occurrence of RSVP.(2) The higher expression of CD 54 on PBLS might be an immmunologic index to reflect the condition of RSVP.
