低强度氦氖激光对脑缺血再灌注大鼠IL-6的影响

摘要 目的  观察低强度氦氖激光疗法对脑缺血再灌注大鼠IL- 6的影响。方法  应用氦氖激光经腹腔辐照 (输出功率为 7mW ,1次 /d ,4 0min/次 ,分别治疗 7次 )治疗线栓法所制作的大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,采用免疫组织化学方法检测脑组织IL -6的变化。结果  氦氖激光治疗后与对照组比较IL -6表达明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 IL- 6在缺血性脑损伤中过量表达参与了脑组织的损伤过程 ,氦氖激光治疗可显著抑制缺血损伤区IL- 6过度表达 ,减轻脑组织的损伤。 Objective To observe the effects of low inte ns ity He-Ne laser on IL-6 in the brain of mice undergoing ischemic reperfusion. Methods He-Ne laser transabdominal radiation with its output pow er being 7mw,once a day,40 minutes each time,ten times as a course,was used to t reat the mice undergoing ischemic reperfusion.The changes in IL-6 in cerebral t issues were detected through immunohistochemical approach.Results There existed significant decrease in IL-6 expressions in the treatment group in contrast to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The exces sive expressions of IL-6 cases of ischemic cerebral injury play an important ro le in the injury of cerebral tissues.He-Ne laster therapy can effectively prohi bit the excessive expressions of IL-6 in the ischemic area of the brain,and the refore can relieve the injury of the cerebral tissues.
