鸡腿蘑菌株筛选及深层发酵培养基的优化 被引量:5

摘要 对4个鸡腿蘑菌株进行了发酵筛选,选出生物量较高的菌株农林鸡腿蘑(NL),并通过单因素试验,确定玉米粉、蔗糖为碳源,麸皮为氮源;在此基础上,以筛选的碳源、氮源和无机盐KH2PO4和MgSO4·7H2O为考察因素,以生物量为主要指标利用正交试验优化培养基配方比例,确定鸡腿蘑摇瓶发酵培养基最佳配方为:玉米粉 4 g/dL,蔗糖 2 g/dL,麸皮 4 g/dL,KH2 PO4 0.1g/dL,MgSO4·7H2O 0.1 g/dL. The screening of four Coprinus comatus strains in submerged fermentation showed that NL was the highest in mycelia biomass. In order to screen the optimum culturing medium of NL, single factor test in culturing utensil was carried out. The result showed that maize powder and sucrose could be used as the carbon sources, and wheat bran as the nitrogen sources. Then, in the orthogonal test, C-sources, N-sources and inorganic salts KH_2PO_(4) and MgSO_(4)·7H_2O were considered as influencing factors, and the mycelia biomass as the major performance index. The optimum medium components were as follows: maize powder 4%, sucrose 2%, wheat bran 4%, KH_2PO_(4) 0.1%,MgSO_(4)·7H_2O 0.1%.
