摘要
以水稻、小麦和南瓜为材料,研究了Al对植物种子根的影响。植物种子根在不同浓度的单纯AlCl3溶液中连续培养72h以后,其生长变化的结果表明:水稻和小麦在Al溶液中,当浓度为1.0×10(-6)时,种子根生长就受到明显抑制,种子根长度受抑制率在65%以上;而南瓜的种子根则在10.0×10(-6)Al溶液中才出现显著的受毒害症状。但是三种植物种子根活力在培养溶液Al浓度仅为0.4×10(-6)时,就出现极为显著的下降,这反映了植物根系活力的生理指标对Al的反应比植物根系形态指标更为敏感。
To study the phytotoxicity of aluminium, the experiments have been made with dif-ferent seed-root of plants(rice,wheat and pumpkin)growing in the pure solution of aluminium.A-luminium, as AICI3.6H2O,was aded to the following concentrations(by/l0“):0.0,0.2,0.4,1.0,5.0,7.0,10.0,15.0,20.0 and 50.0 in the distilled water and pH of the sOlution was adjustdto 0.1~4.5 N HCI.Seed-roots of 8. 0 to l0.0 mm in length of the plants were treated in solutinns of different Al concentration for 3 days.the results demonstrated that seed·rcots growth of riceand wheat were s18I1ificantly inhibited in about l.ox10一”of Al,and the length of seed+rcots wasreduced more than 65%as compared to those seed·roots in solution without any Al added,but,about l0.0x IO6 of Al obviously inhibited the seed+roots growth of pumpkin in the same conditionas rice and wheat.The seed root weight of plants is in the same way of changing as the seed·rcotlength of plants,therefore,according to morphological index of plant seedrcot,pumpkin has more ability to resist aluminium toxicity than rice and wheat,and rice,wheat as well,has highly sensitive toalumin iun1。However,the seed+root activity of three types of the plants was severely reduced withonly 0.4 X 10“of Al.It is shown that root activity of plant responsing to aluminiun iS more sensi-tive than morphological index of plant seed-root。
