A Study on the Power of China's National Autonomous Areas' Legislation Power

我国现行立法体制具有“一元二级多层”的特点。民族自治地方立法权是我国立法体制中的一个重要组成部分,本文阐述了民族自治地方立法权的主要内容,分析了民族自治地方立法权在我国立法体制中的地位,并提出了相应的完善意见。

China's legislation system has a character of 'one element, two levels, multi structure ''. National autonomous areas' legislation power is an important part of whole country's legislation power system. The paper explains main content of national autonomous areas' legislation power, analyses the position of the autonomous areas' legislation power in whole country's legislation system, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the national autonomous areas' legislation power.
