摘要
以 5份野生狗牙根为试材 ,以国外引进的Jackpot为对照 ,测定在遮阴胁迫下叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及过氧化物酶 (POD)活性等生理指标。结果表明 :供试材料在遮阴下 ,叶绿素含量变化趋势各材料不一 ,SOD、POD活性变化趋势一致 ,均在T1 处理 (透光 70 % )下达到最高 ,随着遮阴度的增加 ,酶活降低。初步表明 ,四川野生狗牙根能耐受 3 0 %的轻度遮阴 ,以野生材料J7耐阴能力最优。
Five native bermuda grasses and one hybrid bermuda grass cultivar--Jackpot as check were evaluated under shade stress. Three physiological indices including content of chlorophyll, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were measured, The results were as follows: in shade stress, chlorophyll contents of all grasses were changed in different way; activities of SOD and POD were the most at T 1 treatment (70% of full sunlight), then activities decreased along with the increase of shade stress. Sichuan native bermuda grass can tolerate to 30% of full sunlight,among all grasses,J7 was ranked as the most tolerant material.
