不同授粉条件对甘蓝亲和指数影响的研究

Study on the Index of Affinity for the Different Methods of Cabbage Pollenation

不同花枝部位对亲和指数的影响为 :花期授粉以上部亲和指数最高 ,中部其次 ,下部最低 ;蕾期授粉以中、上部的蕾亲和指数较高 ,下部的较低。不同花龄中 ,花期授粉以开花后 5天的亲和指数较高 ;蕾期授粉以开花前 1～ 2天的亲和指数较高。一次授粉和连续授粉中 ,连续授粉的亲和指数较高。因此 ,在杂优育种过程中 ,要注意选择中、下部的花枝且花期授粉时间以开花后 1～ 2天为宜 ;在亲本材料的保持过程中 ,要注意选择中部花枝的大蕾 ,且以开花前 1～ 2天为宜。

The study on the index of affinity for different methods of cabbage pollination showed:the different positions of the flowering branch caused different index of affinity. Generally, the fruiting index of self-crossing was low and stable at the middle and lower branches of plant and high at the upper branches. Besides, it was affected by the flowering age. The index was high during the bud stage of the flowering, and the highest index appeared in 1～2 days before flowering. Afterwards, it reduced gradually with the decline of flower stage.
