不同碳氮源对松口蘑菌丝生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究了 7种碳源、7种氮源及 8种碳氮比对松口蘑菌丝生长的影响。结果表明 :松口蘑菌丝生长的最适碳源是葡萄糖和果糖 ;最适氮源是酵母粉和蛋白胨 ;最适碳氮比是 40∶1。 The carbon sources,nitrogen sources and ratio of carbon to nitrogen required by the mycelial growth of Tricholoma matsutake were studied. The results showed that the best carbon source was glucose and fructose in seven kinds of carbon sources;the best nitrogen source was yeast powder and peptone in seven kinds of nitrogen sources and the best ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 40∶1 in eight ratios of carbon to nitrogen.
