在单因素实验研究的基础上 ,研究了滚筒干燥法生产固体蜂蜜的配方和工艺 ,确定了最佳的工艺条件和配方。
The optimal formula and conditions of dried honey produced by the drum dryer were obtained through orthogonal experiments and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
